Process

Clients are involved in every step of our team approach.

PLANNING – Determine Goals & Requirements, Set Budget & Timeline, Finalize Deliverables

CONCEPTS – Research, Brainstorming, Develop Concepts, Presentation

REFINEMENTS – Communication, Revisions Based on Feedback

DELIVERY – Final Product is Implemented and/or Delivered

Planning begins with an initial discussion to determine project needs. We work with you to set a budget and schedule. Our clients appreciate our concern for their budgets and deadlines — nobody likes surprises!

Concept development is the creative part of the process. It begins with further research and brainstorming. Then we develop design options for review. This allows you to see different potential approaches we might take.

We gather input and feedback through meeting with your team. At this point, we make revisions and refinements to suit your vision for the project. Final review takes place prior to the creation of final files.

Delivery of your project by the due date we’ve established in planning. We are excellent at keeping deadlines! We keep open communication with our clients to keep everybody aware of any possible adjustments.

Fred and the staff of Graphic Solutions are simply put, wonderful. Over the last few years I have worked with Fred in the design of logos, websites, e-templates, curricula, annual reports, and program brochures. In each of these projects Fred has listened to our needs and thoughtfully incorporated them into beautiful, functional pieces while maintaining a consistent “feel” throughout our materials. He is extremely easy to work with, always gracious (even under pressure), and willing to go the extra mile for his clients. I would highly recommend Fred and Graphic Solutions for all your graphic design needs.
